Application is by application form, a copy of which is available from the clerk – contact them at [email protected].

The application form must be forwarded to the Clerk by post or hand two weeks before the the meeting at which they are to be discussed. Two written letters of reference should accompany the application forms. One reference should be from a professional who can support the applicant’s need and one a personal reference from someone who has known the applicant for a number of years, not a family member. A stamped addressed envelope should accompany the application.
